North London Waste Authority (the "Authority") is seeking a contractor to design, procure, construct, commission and test a ERF including all associated buildings, infrastructure and landscaping works at its Edmonton EcoPark site in Edmonton, London N18 3AG in relation to the NLHPP (the "Contract").
