PCI_LotA_117 Totton Bypass No 2 Cycleway provision

This scope of this is to design a solution to provide a cycleway on the southernmost side of the Totton Bypass No 2 bridge. This bridge carries the A35 in Totton over the entrance to Eling Wharf. The existing bridge is low and there are indications that lorries from the wharf have scrapped the soffit of the bridge.
