Particle Detector Radiation Testing

UKNNL are working with a University to develop and trial a muon particle detector to be used to image shielded boxes during decommissioning activities at Sellafield. Whilst in operation the detector will not be shielded and as such will be exposed to the full radiation field from the waste boxes.
