The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants (Contractors) to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of Civil and Structural including Temporary Works Engineering Design Services (the Services) to assist with the delivery of the Authority's capital investment plan.
