Rapid Response Service Lot 3a

A request for quotes process was used to seek providers to provide a Domiciliary Care Rapid Discharge Service (RDS) in Lot 3a. The providers approached were identified in a tender exercise conducted in November 2020. The service is a short-term reablement and domiciliary service offering timely discharge of individuals who may have an eligible Care Act need.
