Small Site Housing Development (The Development of Affordable Homes in Thurrock)

The Council has set aside a limited budget which can be used to purchase new affordable homes off plan. The Council are looking to invest in small sites by reputable Thurrock based developers and builders ('Developers') who are accredited by NHBC or LABC or an equivalent body.
