Board Effectiveness Review 2023

Guidance issued by the Cabinet Office states that ALBs must undertake a board effectiveness review (BER) annually, with an externally facilitated BER every three years. The review must provide a robust but proportionate review of the board's effectiveness in helping the organisation to deliver its strategy and purpose.
