Distribution of Leicestershire Matters

Leicestershire Matters is delivered to every household in Leicestershire (280,000+ households) up to three times a year. The newsletter will ideally be delivered on a solus basis, but if it is delivered with other items they should not be included within the journal, or cover up the journal in any way.
