Bycatch Monitoring Programme (BMP)

The purpose of this contract is to improve our understanding of bycatch, fill gaps in existing evidence and develop more effective policies as a result, we would like to expand the programme to monitor bycatch rates of a range of different species across a number of different fisheries, layering different monitoring processes.
