Royal Borough of Greenwich has recently purchased a number of buildings in Woolwich in what is intended to be a new Cultural Quarter. An anchor tenant has been identified and it has been agreed that buildings 17 and 19 would be developed from a shell and core perspective to allow the tenant to occupy with a view to commencing their fit out works by the end of 2018.
