The Council offers many services, but it is anticipated that the main user of this contract will be the Council's department of Facilities Management: Catering, Cleaning & Office Services The department of Facilities Management Catering & Office Services is the in-house Catering and Building Cleaning organisation for the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
