The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at 1-45 Hornbill Close, West Drayton, Middx, UB8 2HX and 1-30 Aspen Close, West Drayton, Middx, UB7 8HR. The blocks comprise of 45 dwellings at Hornbill Close spread across 2 Blocks of three floors and 30 dwellings spread across two blocks of three floors at Aspen Close.
