Thirteen Group requires a research partner to evaluate the extent to which the Resettlement Navigator Service (Project Lifestyle) promotes progression for its residents. As a new service, Thirteen Group needs a partner that can deliver an evaluation with a dual focus of both proving and improving, working with the team to uncover and share learning about how the model works, and how it could work even better to feed directly into service improvements
