Housing Benefits - WURTI processing

The wider use of real time information (WURTI) initiative has meant that additional processing of claims is required. In conjunction with the claims which are being processed using the Capita Resilience Service, these claims can be processed by Capita. By allowing this, vacant posts do not require to be filled.
