This contract will provide the tNCEA programme with support for areas identified as needing assistance to build capacity, ongoing capability improvements and sustainability. Transfer of knowledge/expertise will migrate responsibility for the various PMO and Delivery activities to Defra resources so that the programme can maintain delivery cadence against baselined plans and overall requirements.
