The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is re-tendering the National Legal Services Framework (NLSF) for the supply of legal services to a range of public bodies. This includes the GLA functional bodies, Police Forces, Police Authorities, and various other public bodies including all local authorities in England, Wales and Norther Ireland (together these bodies are referred to throughout as the "Participating Bodies").
