Supply and Fit External Fire Escape Stairs to the Palace Theatre, Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to supply and fit an external fire escape staircase to the Palace Theatre, a Grade II Listed Building, from the two second floor dressing rooms.
