Origin Housing Gas Servicing, Breakdown and Installation Contract (Domestic and Commercial)

Lot 1 is for a 10 year contract with an initial year delivered via a 3* gas contract (LGSRs and breakdowns) to circa 3 177 domestic properties that (subject to satisfactory performance) will become a 4* contract (LGSRs, breakdowns and boiler replacements) from years 2 to 10 during which time all boilers will be replaced.
