Quote requested for taxi services to day care and return - AWARD

We are inviting quotes for the delivery of a taxi service, a return journey required 4 days per week, between home B65 0AG (pick up 9:15) and Focus day care, B17 9AT (3:30 pm) each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, excluding bank holidays. The SU who will be travelling alone, is not to be left alone under any circumstances.
