External review of government and Board performance

The ETF is looking for an individual or organisation to work with the ETF Board to complete a governance and Board performance review. We are envisaging that there will be two key phases to the review of ETF's governance covering: i) governance structures or framework (which will be completed by ETF's chosen legal partner) and ii) performance, behaviours and culture of the charity's current Board and governance.
