GB-Luton: Decking of Lewsey Road Visitor Car Park

The addition of one and a half decks to an existing surface only Lewsey Road visitor car park (on the hospital site). Whilst initial designs have been produced, and are included in this tender document, we are seeking to procure this on a fixed price lump sum JCT design and build basis.
