The objective of the procurement is to select a single supplier to provide Broadband Infrastructure to rural businesses in Buckinghamshire that currently have no Next Generation Access (NGA) infrastructure provided with a download speed greater than 30Mbps utilising the National Broadband Scheme (NBS) 2016.
