Homeless Peripatetic Nursing Service - West London

Provision of peripatetic nursing services in Kensington, Chelsea and North Westminster for 6 months. The aim of the service is to reduce health inequalities and improve health outcomes for the homeless residents placed within the local hostel accommodation.
