Basingstoke Active Befriending Service

The service will provide weekly social visits for older people living in Basingstoke, who are identified by Hampshire County Council (HCC) as being at risk of social isolation and loneliness. The visits will be carried out by volunteers who travel to the individuals using physical activity (such as walking, running or cycling).
