Service Maintenance Contract for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Community Buildings

The Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS FT has a requirement for a suitable maintenance contractor to provide Building and Engineering Maintenance Services to 7 community based properties either owned or leased by the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. This contract shall be mainly reactive maintenance although some planned preventative maintenance and monitoring is included.
