Provision of Criminal Litigation Services to Marine Management Organisation (MMO) in South Eastern Marine

MMO legal team provides legal advice to support MMO functions. However, there remains a need for additional supervised external legal resource in order to properly deal with aspects of criminal litigation arising from the MMO’s lead role in enforcing marine related legislation.
