Mental Health support provision for relocated Afghan Families

Direct award of contract to deliver mental health support to up to 23 families that are residing in Sandbach, currently in a hotel. This will include acting as a daily point of contact, support arrivals, activities, departures and support around self-isolation as and when required linked to COVID-19.
