We are seeking a Principal Contractor to deliver this scheme which comprises 255 properties which consist of 4 block flats, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached houses and 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows. These properties are one and two storey cavity wall construction with traditional pitched roofs, UPVC double glazed windows; timber, UPVC and composite external doors.
