Dudley MBC's Housing Services as a Landlord have overall responsibility to ensure that all documentation associated with the gas servicing and installations of all gas appliances, pipework, meters, chimneys and flues comply with the Health & Safety Regulations (1974) and the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations (1998) and any amendments that may occur.
