000869 RFI Identity Management, Access Management & Identity Verification

A recent study in August 2015 identified 19 different services within the Library that require registration. Since then the Library has introduced new services that require registration, for example Membership, Online shop. The overall result, following detailed analysis, was that of a poor customer experience and subsequent single customer view being harder to accomplish than it should be.
