The Authorities have a requirement for new fuel tanks to be supplied and installed at waste depot(s) across their respective districts. The Authorities are all shareholders in Ubico Limited, a company wholly owned by a number of local authorities. A benefit of this shareholder arrangement is that the shareholders can consolidate spend and realise economies of scale through a joint procurement exercise.
