Former Debenhams Enabling Works

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake the enabling works requirement at the former Debenhams department store in Chatham. The reuqirement is to strip out of former department store back to shell. Works include removal of existing partitions, floor covers, ceilings and M&E services/ .
