For the Provision of Merchant Acquiring Services

Oldham Council and Pendle Borough Council are seeking a provider to undertake merchant acquiring services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Setting up of new merchant ID's and terminals Replacing existing terminals that must offer truncation of PAN numbers on receipts Supply hardware (i.e. chip and pin machines).
