Provision of Crisis House and Step-Down Facilities

The Trust requires the provision of: Lot 1 Crisis House (Adult Mental Health Crisis Facility) and associated services to care for patients with urgent mental health requirements in a six bedroom (minimum) setting. The property will be provided by the winning bidder. Lot 2 Step-Down Facility and associated services to care for adult mental health patients on the appropriate care pathway in a twelve bedroom residential setting.
