1288 - Mechanical Powder Interface to house multiple Process Analytical Technology Probes

The complex particles team within the National Formulation Centre at CPI are undertaking a capability build project demonstrating advanced process control via process analytical technologies (PAT) on a GEA ConsiGma-1 twin-screw granulator (TSG). The intention is for 3 pieces of PAT (A Kaiser Raman PhAT probe, an Innopharma Eyecon camera, and an Innopharma Multieye NIR probe) to monitor the granules in-line, in real time, as the granules are produced by the TSG.
