GB-Chelmsford: Community Stewardship Assessment

Chelmsford City Council (CCC) is looking to commission an Assessment to provide independent advice and provide options for community stewardship mechanisms and identify a preferred option for the emerging Chelmsford Garden Community. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
