The project involves construction of a traditionally built single storey bowls pavilion with a mono-pitch roof. Services are to be taken from Chesterfield Borough Councils existing sports pavilion and sub-metered. The existing pavilion and park are in daily use so it's imperative that the development site and surrounding area is kept secure at all times and that appropriate control measures are in place to prevent members of the public accessing any part of the site.
