NCH- Building Surveyor Services

The Employer is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a programme of roof surveys of NCH owned properties across the city region. The programme estimates approximately 1500 surveys will be required annually over 3 years i.e., approximately 4500 in total. The commission will be for an initial period of two years (24 months) with the Employer having the option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
