Construction of New Mixed Tenure Housing (with an Option to construct an Ambulance Depot) at Tower Court

The London Borough of Hackney seeks to award a single contract to a developer / contractor (or consortium) for the construction of new mixed tenure housing for the Tower Court regeneration as described below.
