WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced organisations to undertake valuations of its tenanted properties for the purposes of the VRTB. We are setting up a framework agreement of a minimum of 4 organisations to provide property valuation to tenants wishing to purchase their home through the VRTB.
