Asset Efficiency Realisation 2021/22

Highways England requires specialist technical advisory services to assist Highways England realise circa £592m in efficiencies. Realising the contribution to the efficiency KPI is the main objective for this task, this will be supported by the ongoing development of HEs efficiency manual. Following a sustained effort around identifying and realising efficiencies throughout our first Roads Period, this task will help bring energy and fresh perspectives to reinvigorate our teams and our efficiency programme.
