Measuring Person Centred Outcomes for the population of Leeds

The Leeds health and care system ('the Leeds system') is looking for a contractor to survey a sample of the adult population of Leeds with two outcome tools, analyse the data collected and present the findings. The contractor will be required to use the PROMIS-GHS and P3C-EQ tools to assess how adults in Leeds feel about the quality of the care they receive and how person centered it is.
