The service will be co-located within the Looked After Children (LAC) and Care Leaving Service which is part of Children's Safeguarding and Social Work. The mediation and reparation services will be provided to children between the age of 13 and 15 who are at risk of being excluded from the family home, homeless young people aged 16 and 17 and young people in the Young People's Pathway whose placement are at risk of breaking down.
