Constructor Framework Agreement

As part of its Development Strategy, Southern Housing Group (SHG) (the "Authority) is looking to develop approximately 3,500 units over 4 years for an estimated value of £631m. Majority of units developed will be flats/apartments, with a large proportion of 1 and 2-bed homes.
