Technical and construction advisory services Framework Agreement

As part of its current Development Strategy, Southern Housing Group (SHG) (the "Authority) is looking to develop approximately 3,500 units for an estimated value of £631m. Majority of units developed will be flats/apartments, with a large proportion of 1 and 2-bed homes.
