Liverpool City Council is looking to procure an organisation, independent from the local authority, to deliver an impartial and confidential service covering Dispute Resolution, Mediation Advice, and a Mediation Service to fulfill it's statutory duties under the Children and Families Act (2014) regarding Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
