Staffordshire County Council (the Council) has put in place a Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) arrangement for the provision of Supported Living Services for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/ or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+).
