NHS Devon CCG - Integrated Care Partnership for the Western Locality of Devon

NHS Devon CCG, NHS Kernow CCG and Plymouth City Council (the Commissioners) are launching a formal process to commission an Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), for the adults and older people services for the Western Locality of Devon. This procurement consists of two lots.
