Description of the Site The site is located off Station Approach. Acol Crescent is located and to the west of the site and Canfield Drive to the north of the site. The site recently comprised of a social services centre and day nursery and has a number of existing trees. The existing building was a single storey brick-built structure with a flat roof in the centre and a small sloping roof to the day nursery.
