Artist call out for Meridian Water - Hoarding Design

The first phase of the Meridian Water project is in a prominent location right next to the new Meridian Water Station but the site is currently surrounded by hoarding that currently lack visuals or artwork. We want to get a local artist to look at three different sections of hoarding around the development site of Meridian One.
